• You may browse and use this Site for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
   
• You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to unauthorized access, transmission of malware, or infringement on intellectual property.
   

• All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
   
• Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement or booking contract.
   

• Cancellation fees may apply as per the service agreement.
   
• I reserve the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or illness.
   

• All photographs taken by me remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Clients receive a license for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.
   
• I reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes, including on my website, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client opts out in writing.
   

• Edited images are delivered digitally within the timeframe outlined at the time of booking.
   
• Raw files are not included unless explicitly stated.
   
• I am not responsible for loss of images after delivery. Please back up your files.
   

• While I strive to provide professional service, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
   
• In any case, my liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
   

• Your personal information is collected and used according to my privacy policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
   

• I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
   

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bowie, MD. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prince George's County.
